House Rules
To make your stay and that of the other guests as pleasant as possible, we have laid down a number of house rules in the Park Regulations. We kindly ask you to abide by them and follow the instructions of the staff during your stay.
In case of violation of the Park Regulations and/or failure to comply with staff instructions, Summio Parc Duc de Brabant has the right to immediately remove you and any visitors from the park. In this case, you lose the right to a refund of all or part of the deposit and/or rental fee.
Nature & Environment
- Walk only on the paths that have been laid out and do not walk through the (grass) gardens. Please dispose of waste in the waste bins provided.
- To protect the environment, we separate waste at our park. You can help us. To hand in your waste, you can go to the waste disposal area on our park. The waste disposal area is located at the entrance to the park. You can come here for residual waste, plastic waste, old paper and glass.
Safety
- Stick to the maximum speed limit on the park.
- Making open fires is prohibited.
We cannot rule out possible nuisance from ambient noise.
Sound equipment
The use of sound equipment, such as music boxes, is allowed in the accommodation. The noise level must not be audible to other guests in the park.
Guests on the park should generally behave properly and observe a silence on the entire premises between 23:00 and 08:00. We expect our guests to strictly observe this night's rest. This includes no music or any other noise
Alcohol & narcotics
Consumption of alcohol is allowed in the residence and at the catering facilities in the park. Guests outside the catering facilities or residence who are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be immediately removed from the park. The use of narcotics and drugs is strictly prohibited.

Pets are allowed at the park in most accommodation; pets are not allowed in some pet-free accommodation. Dogs must be leashed outside their own holiday accommodation at all times and may not cause any nuisance to other guests in the park. In case of 'accidents', the companion of the dog must take care of the removal of this pollution himself. Pets are allowed on the terrace and in the café, not in the restaurant.

If you receive visitors, they are the responsibility of the tenant of the accommodation. Visitors can use the general car park. Visitors staying overnight must be registered at reception. No more persons may stay overnight in the accommodation than the number of persons for whom the accommodation is intended.
